DELIVERY:

TRANSIT TIMES AND RATES

Please allow 24-48 hours (weekends and holidays not included) for orders to process. We are currently only shipping within the continental United States. Orders are not shipped until order fulfillment is confirmed and credit card authorization has been verified and approved. We will email you when we have charged your card and shipped your items as well as provide you with a tracking number. We will do our very best to ship your order in a timely manner but their may be unforeseen circumstances for a delay to occur. For all expedited orders placed before 11:00 am PST, we will do our best to ship out the same day (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Orders placed on Monday - Thursday will ship out the following business day.
  • Orders placed on Friday will ship out the following Monday.
  • Orders placed on Saturday - Sunday will ship out on the following Tuesday.

RETURNS POLICY

We know that not every purchase will fit & returns are sometimes needed. Because of this, we offer no-hassle easy returns. Please read our return policy below to proceed with a return.

    • All returns must be received within 30 days of the original shipment date.
    • Any full price items received after the 30-day window will only be refunded in the form of a store credit for up to 45 days.
    • "SALE" items can be returned within 10 days from the order date, after 10 days you may only receive a store credit for up to 30 days.
    • Items received as a gift are only valid for an in-store credit.
    • Unfortunately we cannot process EXCHANGES, so if you would like to exchange for a different size or color, you must place a new order for the desired size/color and return the item that didn't work per the process below.
    • All items must be returned in their original, unworn, unwashed and smoke-free condition.
    • All items must be returned with their original tags attached and all including accessories if applicable (including removable belts, straps, brooches, etc.).
    • Clothing returned without original tags or not in compliance with our return policy will not be refunded and you will be charged for an additional return shipment, so please make sure your returns complies with our policy.
    • If for any reason the item was received damaged and believed to be our fault, the customer must report the damage/defected item within 3 days of receiving the shipment with an explanation and images providing proof.
    • We inspect all returns and reserve the right to deny or refuse a full refund based on the returned condition.
    • All JEWELRY is FINAL SALE.
    • Items purchased under a WHOLESALE account are final sale.

 

RETURNS PROCEDURE 

In order to return, please make sure it complies with our return policy above and email: returns@loveonahanger.com with the following:

  • Your Name
  • Your Order # and Order Date
  • Which items you would like to return
  • And the reason (Ex.: didn't fit, changed mind)

We will respond within 24-48 hours and then will email you a return label to return the items either via USPS. You must use our label so we are able to track properly and are not responsible for items returned that are not trackable from our label.

 

RETURNS PROCESSING

  • Returns are processed within 7-10 business days upon receipt of the package.
  • Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment or store credit, your credit card may take some time to appear on your statement.
  • The customer is responsible for all shipping fees. Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable and the return shipping will be deducted from the refund.
  • Refund requests made to expired credit cards will be issued in the form of a store credit.
  • We are not responsible for any lost boxes or damaged merchandise upon arrival of the return.
  • You will receive a credit/refund notification once we receive the box and inspect the merchandise.
