WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards. We also accept Paypal Express payments.

 

WHERE SHOULD I INCLUDE ANY ORDER NOTES I MAY HAVE?

For any specific order notes (for ex. signature required, etc.) please make sure to include in the order details on the CART page.

 

WHEN SHOULD I EXPECT MY ORDER?

  • Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. 
  • Orders placed after 2 PM PST will be shipped the following business day.
  • Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with your order details. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation.
  • If you need to modify, cancel, or have any other questions regarding your order, please contact us immediately via email. We will not be able to make changes once your order is processed or shipped.
  • We will not be able to make changes to your order via PayPal comments.

 

HOW DO I FIND OUT MY ORDER STATUS?

  • Please log in to your account to view your recent order history, status, and tracking information.
  • If you do not have an account with us and would like to create one, click here. If you do not wish to create an account and would like status information, please contact us and we will be happy to update you.

 

WHAT IF I RECEIVED A DIFFERENT SIZE or COLOR THAN I ORDERED?

  • Please double check your final cart, checkout confirmation page, as well as initial order confirmation for the correct style, color, and size. It your responsibility if you place an order for the wrong item and will therefore be responsible for the return shipping fee.
  • If we ship you a different size or color than is on your order confirmation, than we take full responsibility for shipping and will refund you the full amount.

 

DO YOU HONOR PRICE ADJUSTMENTS?

  • Due to the high demand and limited seasonal sales and promotions, we cannot offer price adjustments for items that go on sale shortly after purchase or honor promotional discounts, we apologize for any inconvenience.

 

CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE OR COLOR? 

  • Unfortunately, we cannot process exchanges at this time so please place a new order for the size and/or color you would like and return the original item that didn't work out.
